As the Founder, I am proud to establish an organization that is dedicated to helping people achieve their full potential. My decades of experience in working with people in their mental, physical, and emotional health journeys has taught me that true healing comes from within. Obtaining a Bachelors of Science degree in Holistic Health from Vermont State University has given me the knowledge & skills needed to work with people from a mind-body-spirit approach. I am also a Functional Medicine Academy Certified Practitioner & a Certified Reiki Practitioner. I am currently enrolled in a Master's of Health Sciences program in Functional & Integrative Nutrition at Northwestern Health Sciences University.
