Holistic Health Coaching
Transform your health with the personalized holistic health coaching services offered by Ready To HealWell HP. Holistic health modalities are shown to benefit people who have been diagnosed with chronic health conditions, such as diabetes, high blood pressure, autoimmune disorders, pain disorders, or cancer and people diagnosed with mental health conditions, such as depression and anxiety. Holistic health services are also great for people desiring to reduce stress, regulate their nervous systems, or for people seeking to lose weight or those who simply want to establish healthier lifestyle habits. I am here to guide and support you on your healing journey. Together, we will create a customized plan to restore balance to your mind, body, and spirit. Unlike functional medicine, holistic health coaching does not include advanced lab work.
*If advanced labs are requested, the service will change to a 4-month functional medicine program. Functional medicine rate will apply.
